- Occasionally we have an extra, longer walk of between 3 and 4 hours (approx 6 - 9 miles) usually on a Thursday.

- We try to have a break for refreshments on the way but we recommend you bring water and a snack.
- Some walks may use public transport so do bring Oyster Card or Freedom Pass.
- You may need sturdier footwear for the longer walk.
- Please let us know if you plan to join this walk.
